In a case arising out of an automobile collision the plaintiff had a verdict and has appealed from a judgment entered pursuant to an order granting defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
Queen avenue is a residence street in the lake district of Minneapolis and runs in a northerly and southerly direction. February 1, 1932, accompanied by his wife and two other women, plaintiff was driving his sedan south on that street at about seven o’clock in the evening.
