This is a review of a judgment of the Superior Court of Coffee County rendered at an interlocutory hearing on a petition seeking a temporary and permanent injunction and other relief. The trial court granted a nonsuit, denied the temporary injunction, and ordered the plaintiffs to pay the costs of court.
