This case is before us on Petition for Review. The district court granted appellee’s motion for summary judgment; the Court of Appeals reversed and remanded for trial on appellant’s negligence claim in a published opinion, Zehring v. Wickham, 8 Kan. App. 2d 65, 649 P.2d 1246 (1982).
