Appellant, Renatta Phillips Jones ("Jones"), appeals a judgment from the Fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, wherein the trial court found she had not successfully completed her case plan and changed the goal from reunification to adoption, in accordance with the best interest of the child. Jones contends that the trial court erred in ruling that she had not completed her case plan and ignoring the plain language of La. Ch. C. art. 702(C).
