BRIGHT, Circuit Judge.
Bruce Watson (“Watson”) appeals his judgment of conviction and sentence for distribution and possession with intent to distribute cocaine base (also known as crack cocaine or crack) in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He was convicted and sentenced to 210 months imprisonment, three years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
