Delmar R. Workman, a workmen’s compensation claimant, appeals from the final order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board, dated January 27, 1977, which affirmed the March 18, 1976, order of the Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner holding that no permanent partial disability resulted to claimant from his coal mine injury on November 4, 1968. While employed as a roof bolt machine operator by Armco Steel Corporation, a piece of rock fell from the mine rib, striking the right side of his head and causing a 5-inch laceration.
