Appellants are the administrators of the estate of Frank Wilson, deceased, who died intestate on May 28, 1923. On January 26, 1924, the administrators filed in the county court an inventory, which described the premises designated in this record as Farm No. 1, consisting of approximately 300 acres of land. The inventory also described another 300 acres of land, upon which the deceased and his wife lived at the time of his death, which is designated in this record as Farm No. 2.
