This appeal concerns the interpretation of an arbitration award. The arbitration arose under a settlement agreement addressing the parties’ disputes about whether their collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) required the assignment of the positions and the duties of particular job classifications to the bargaining unit represented by the American Postal Workers Union (“the Union”).
