Jacobs, J.,

William H. Lehman, Sr., a resident of Cumberland County, died February 26, 1922. Decedent left a will with a codicil, both of which were probated March 1, 1922. Letters testamentary were issued to William H. Lehman, Jr., the executor named in the will. By his will, testator devised and bequeathed all of his property, real and personal, to his executor in trust for the life of a son, Samuel Elmer Lehman.
