MEMORANDUM DECISION
WILLIAM R. SAWYER, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. PROCEDURAL SETTING
On July 7, 2003, Terry Manufacturing Company, Inc, filed a petition in bankruptcy pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, initiating Bankruptcy Case No. 03-32063. About two weeks later, Terry Uniform Company, LLC, an affiliated entity, filed another Chapter 11 case, initiating Bankruptcy Case No. 03-32213.
