Bruce Appeal

This matter is before the court on appeal of Patrick J. Bruce, a licensed hunter, from revocation of his license for a period of two years under the Act of June 3, 1937, P. L. 1225, art III, sec. 315(3) (a), as amended, 34 PS §1311.315, as amended. In accordance with subsection (6) of section 315 of the act, the commission filed with the prothonotary a certified record of the complete proceeding and resolution of the board, which cites the provisions of the act without detailing any of the evidence upon which the commission acted.
