WELLIVER, Judge.

Appellant Gerald H. Goldberg, Director of Revenue of the State of Missouri, seeks *81review of a final order of the Circuit Court of Warren County, Missouri, which remanded to the Department of Revenue for an evidentiary hearing and preparation of a transcript, a case heard on respondents’ petition for administrative review. Jurisdiction is in this Court because the case involves construction of the revenue laws of this state. Mo.Const. art V, § 3. We affirm.
