This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court for the southern district of New York, which enjoined the defendants against the infringement of the 7th and 14th claims of letters patent No. 266,090, dated October 17,1882, and of the 1st, 2d, 3d, 6th, 7th, and 12th claims of letters patent No. 337,299, dated March 2,1886, each of said patents having been granted to Charles F.
