*344 ¶ 1 Following a bench trial in the circuit court of Cook County, defendant, Walter Relerford, was convicted of stalking ( 720 ILCS 5/12-7.3(a)(1), (a)(2) (West 2012)) and cyberstalking ( 720 ILCS 5/12-7.5(a)(1), (a)(2) (West 2012)) and was sentenced to serve a prison term of six years. Defendant appealed.
