Under the "inclusive rule" for calculating a criminal history score, "prior convictions" includes multiple convictions on the same date in different cases. Because the convictions in each case are scored against the other case for criminal history purposes, a defendant will face a stiffer sentence if sentenced in multiple cases on the same date than if the defendant were sentenced for the same cases on different dates. 2.
