BAZELON, Chief Judge:
This is a motion to hold respondents, various persons connected with the administration of D.C. General Hospital,1 in civil contempt. At an earlier stage of this litigation, the district court granted preliminary injunctive relief to the class of indigent women resident in the District of Columbia who seek therapeutic abortions at D.C.
