—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Lynbrook, dated January 25, 1999, which rezoned the subject property from “Residence A” to “Commercial,” the appeal is from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (DeMaro, J.), entered January 6, 2000, as granted the petition and annulled the determination.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with one bill of costs payable to the appellants appearing separately and filing separate briefs, the determination is…
