— This case is one of a boundary line dispute. The question is whether the narrow strip of land described in the declaration lies in a lot 1 or lot 2 of a subdivision of land known as Indian Mound Tract lying in Sections 10 and 11 of Township 43 South, Range 43 East. The section line between Sections 10 and 11 is about 540 feet west from the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The greater part of the “Indian Mound Tract” therefore lies between the section line and the waters of Lake Worth on the west.
