Defendant appeals from an order overruling his motion brought under Supreme Court Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R., in which he sought to correct a sentence of 10 years in the Department of Corrections for the crime of stealing, or to vacate the judgment of conviction thereof. He was orig*388inally found by a jury to have been not guilty of the charge of burglary against him and was found guilty of the charge of stealing property over the value of $50.
