This matter comes before the Court on motion of Magellan Aviation Services Limited (“Magellan”) pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9006(b)(1), to deem its proof of claim and request for payment of an administrative expense timely filed, though they were filed after *63the bar date in this case. Global Aviation Holdings Inc. (the “Debtor”) opposes the motion. For the following reasons, the motion is denied.
