ELLIS, Chief Justice.

In our original opinion we held that the judgment should be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court on the basis of our conclusion that Republic Bankers Life Insurance Company, the insurer, was entitled to a jury submission specifically including the pleaded exclusionary period covering illnesses originating prior to the effective date of the medical, surgical and hospitalization insurance policy issued to James H. Pruitt, the insured, although, by implication, such exclusion was negatived by the jury’s findings on other issues submitted. 483 S.W.2d 686…
