Memorandum: Plaintiff and Timothy Guilford (defendant) were involved in a *921motor vehicle accident on October 4, 1990. Although defendant was then living at 4940 Lake Road in the Town of Avon, his license indicated that he lived at 8085 West Henrietta Road in the Town of Rush and that was the address used by the police on the accident report.
