In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Held, J.), entered December 20, 1994, which (1) granted the defendants third-party plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and (2) granted the separate motion of the third-party defendant for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and the third-party complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs payable to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
