DECISION AND ORDER

ADELMAN, District Judge. -

Plaintiffs Gary R. Miller (“Gary”) and Jeanne A. Miller (“Jeanne”) brought this action in state court alleging that defendant MagneTek, Inc. (“MagneTek”) breached its contractual obligation to them and committed the tort of bad faith when it refused to continue to provide them with health insurance coverage or to pay their medical bills. Defendant removed the case both on diversity of citizenship and federal question grounds.
