{¶ 1} Respondent, Michael Paul Allerding of Columbus, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0025854, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1975. The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline recommends that we suspend respondent’s license to practice for two years, but stay the suspension on conditions aimed at managing his alcoholism, including monitored probation.
