—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Ira Beal, J.), rendered February 8, 1994, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia, and sentencing him to concurrent prison terms of 2V2 to 71/2 years, 2V2 to 7V2 years, 1 year and 1 year, respectively, unanimously affirmed.

The verdict was based on legally sufficient evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence (People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490). Defendant’s…
