OPINION
JULIAN,* Senior District Judge.
This action is brought pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare.
The Secretary found that plaintiff met the alternate insured status requirement of Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416(i)(3), 423(c), through June 30, 1968.
