This court is satisfied with Judge Charlton’s construction of the provision of the will creating the trust and the law controlling the issue as to whether or not petitioners were entitled to the order prayed for, and with his final ruling that the order be denied. The opinion of the trial judge is found in the record, and succinctly and clearly sets forth the substance of the petition and ably discusses the law pertinent to the issues involved.
