GUIDRY, Justice.*
| , Upon initial consideration, this Court remanded the matter to the court of appeal for review of the jury’s decision under the manifest error standard.1 We have again granted certiorari in this case to address the narrow issue of whether the court of appeal, on remand, applied the proper standard of review to amend the jury’s findings as to liability and the allocation of fault. Based on our detailed review of the record, we find the appellate court erred in substituting its judgment for that of the jury, rather than determining the jury’s factual findings were reasonable.…
