This proceeding was commenced in the county court of Kane county, by certain legatees, to compel the executors to pay them the full amounts of the several legacies to which they Avere entitled under the Avill of William Ruste, deceased. On the hearing, proof Avas made as to the condition of the estate, and the court ordered the executors to pay the legacies demanded, Avith interest at the rate of ten per cent per annum after six months from the issuing of letters testamentary.
