OPINION

SHARPNACK, Judge.

Jesse Grabarezyk appeals his conviction for escape as a class D felony. 1 Grabare-zyk raises two issues, which we restate as follows:

I. Whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain Grabarezyk's conviction for escape; and .

II. Whether Grabarezyk's conviction for escape violates the prohibition against double jeopardy.

We affirm.

The facts most favorable to the convietion follow. 2 While awaiting trial on other charges, Grabarezyk filed a motion for reduction of his bond. On November 6, 1998, the trial court ordered that Grabare-zyk's "bond [be] reduced to $50,000.00…
