McLaughlin, as executrix of Charles McLaughlin, deceased, and others, to cancel and annul a Certain patent of the United States, issued on the 23d day of November, 1875, to the Central Pacific Railroad Company from the General Land Office, for certain sections and fractional sections of land in San Joaquin and Calaveras counties in California.
