In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant County of Putnam appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County (Dickinson, J.), dated November 26, 1990, as denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against it, and any cross claims asserted against it, and the plaintiffs cross-appeal from so much of the same order as granted the motion of the defendant Town of Putnam Valley for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against it.
