PONDER, Judge.

Plaintiffs appealed the dismissal of their lawsuit for declaratory judgment.

The issue is the reformation of two contracts.

We affirm.

Plaintiffs, Louisiana Paving Company, Inc. and Barriere Construction Company, Inc., entered into separate contracts with the defendant, State of Louisiana, Through the Department of Transportation and Development, for the construction of sand embankments in the relocation of U.S. Highway 90 between Gibson and Raceland, Louisiana.
