In Court on April 18, 2012, the wife asked for pendente lite relief through the award of spousal support. The husband argued for denial of any spousal support to the wife other than that which was agreed to in a mediated agreement. That $1800 per month spousal support agreement was reflected in an order of the Chesapeake JDR Court on December 20, 2011.
