The Plaintiff-Appellants herein originally filed this action in the Boone Circuit Court seeking judicial review and a declaratory judgment that the school reorganization plan for Boone County, Indiana, involving Eagle and Union Townships of that county, was invalid. The DefendantsAppellees filed a Motion to Dismiss and the trial court sustained such motion. However, on appeal the decision of the trial court dismissing the complaint was reversed in Wright v.
