OPINION & ORDER

SCHWARTZ, District Judge:

Plaintiff A.I. Trade Finance (“AITF”) brings this action pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 2201 seeking a declaratory judgment relating to its sale of negotiable instruments to defendant Centro Internationale Handelsbank AG (“Centro”). Defendant asserts eight counterclaims for relief. This matter is currently before the Court on plaintiffs motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction or, in the alternative, for summary judgment, and defendant’s cross-motion to strike a foreign judgment from the record as impermissible…
