JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant Samuel Lowe appeals from his guilty plea to aggravated murder. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
{¶ 2} On June 23, 2005, defendant was indicted in connection with the shooting death of his estranged wife. Count One charged him with aggravated murder, with repeat violent offender specification, notice of prior conviction and firearm specifications. Count Two charged him with having a weapon under disability. On November 29, 2005, defendant pled guilty to Count One and Count Two was dismissed.
