ROACH, Justice.

Paul Rayborn appeals from a decision by the Court of Appeals reversing a trial court order terminating his maintenance obligation to his ex-wife, Exie Rayborn. The Court of Appeals held that the trial court’s decision to terminate the support obligation was in error because the trial court’s conclusion that the parties’ circumstances had not changed enough to make the original maintenance obligation unconscionable was not supported by its findings of fact, and, moreover, that the court had applied the wrong legal standard in reaching its decision.
