This case comes before us on remand from our supreme court, which vacated our earlier decision and directed us to reconsider the case in light of Sidwell v. Griggsville Community Unit School District No. 4 (1992), 146 Ill. 2d 467, 588 N.E.2d 1185. Plaintiff, Sean Ward, sued the school district and the school he attended for injuries he suffered on defendants’ premises during a physical education class.
