This matter comes before the Court in the form of a response to an order to show cause. On February 6, 1989, Kansas Communications, Inc., (“KCI”) filed its Motion For Order To Show Cause For An Accounting and For Turnover (“Motion”) moving the Court to issue its order against the former employees of BTS, Inc. (“Debtor”) located in San Jose, California.
