Appellant, Janet White, appeals her conviction in the trial court for pandering obscenity in violation of R.C. 2907.32(A)(5). The following facts give rise to this appeal.
On July 24, 1987, Detective William Reiber, a police officer with the Cleveland Bureau of Special Operations Strike Force, was dispatched to investigate the All Adult Book Store located at 3141 West 25th Street in Cleveland, Ohio.
