Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County *593Court, Suffolk County, rendered April 29, 1970, convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree, attempted grand larceny in the second degree and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, upon a jury verdict, and sentencing him to three concurrent terms of probation for a period of five years. On this appeal we have also reviewed the trial court’s denial of defendant’s application for youthful offender treatment. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered.
