HOUSER, Commissioner.

Joseph Edward Reeder, convicted of first degree robbery by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon, § 560.120, V.A.M.S., and of four previous felonies under § 556.280, V.A.M.S., and sentenced to 15 years in the penitentiary, has appealed from the judgment of conviction.

The state’s evidence indicated that after an evening of drinking and dancing at a tavern, the prosecuting witness Lehnhoff, defendant Reeder, codefendant Bobby Mc-Gaha, Reeder’s girl friend and another woman and baby started to leave the tavern, about 1:30 or 2 a.m. It was raining, so Lehnhoff offered to…
