C & F Services, Inc., a home remodeling company, appeals from the denial of its motion for new trial following a jury verdict in favor of defendant First Southern Bank. C & F challenges several of the trial court’s evidentiary rulings. C & F also complains that the amount of damages the jury awarded in its favor against defendant homeowner Milton Brown was not supported by any evidence. In a cross-appeal, the bank contends that the trial court erred in denying its motion to dismiss C & F’s claims as haired by the doctrine of res judicata. Because we find C & F’s claims were…
