This is an appeal from an interlocutory order appointing a receiver, entered in the. Superior Court in a proceeding in equity instituted by appellee against the appellant, Patrick K. Hardin, and others, to set aside certain alleged fraudulent conveyances and transfers of property, and for discovery, injunction and the appointment of a receiver.
