This matter is before the court on the defendants’ motions for summary judgment, Filing Nos. 187, 190, and 198, and motions for hearings thereon, Filing Nos. 188,192, and 200. The court finds there is no need for a hearing or oral argument on the motions for summary judgment, and the motions for a hearing will be denied.
