The parties to this suit are negroes, hence their acts and conduct detailed in this record may well be adjusted to their station in life, degree of refinement and sensibilities, together with all attending circumstances.
The statutory rules applicable to condonation of adultery create a greater bar and are of much greater effect than condonation for other divorce causes. Ordinarily, condonation of misconduct, as here, may be concluded from circumstances of cohabitation, or resumption of connubial relation. To this may be added acts and conduct of the parties exhibiting forgiveness.…
