GORDON, Justice:

Appellant was convicted in a jury trial of first degree burglary (in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-301 and 13-302) attempted armed robbery (in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-641, 643, 108 and 110), attempted rape (in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-611, 614, 108 and 110), and kidnapping (in violation of A.R.S. § 13-491). He was sentenced to serve concurrent sentences of no less than ten years nor more than fifteen years in prison on all counts. The Court of Appeals, Division One, affirmed, State v.
