The questions arise in this case on a motion to dissolve an injunction which had been granted, to stay an execution on a judgment at law. The bill states that the Cleveland, Zanes-ville and Cincinnati Railroad Company, a body corporate and politic, created by the laws of Ohio, and having its principal place of business at Akron, in Ohio, and within the northern district, on the first day of April, 1852, for the purpose of borrowing money to construct a railroad from Hudson, in the county of Summit, to Millersburgh, in the county of Holmes, executed and issued five…
